Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days
Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 5-10 working days, depending on your location.
Note: All working days include Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Tracking my order?
To track your order, simply click on the order link within the shipping confirmation email you received or use the Track Your Order page on our website. If the link is not available, please email us at support@calmerpaws.co.uk and we will provide your tracking number.
Please note: Tracking information may not be available until 1-3 business days after your order has been processed.
Wrong Address
Calmer Paws is not responsible for incorrect shipping information entered during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order to ensure it’s accurate.
We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address details. If you realize you’ve made an error, please email us at support@calmerpaws.co.uk as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the item reshipped to the correct address.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Calmer Paws is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
1. Check with Neighbors: Sometimes packages are left with neighbors or in a safe place around your property.
2. Contact the Courier: If you still can't locate the package, please contact the respective courier directly. They may be able to provide further information or help with filing a claim.
